Using XPHome SP2. I have an Intel USB webcam and would like a utility that
would take a picture at scheduled intervals/times and automatically upload
to my personal website. I am using a USB DSL modem for my broadband
connection.

Can anyone advise a suitable program?

I haven't used this program, but it sounds like what you are looking for.

Webcam Timershot

This PowerToy lets you take pictures at specified time intervals from a
Webcam connected to your computer and save them to a location that you
designate.

Pryme is an older, but very good program. No longer updated.

I was going to suggest http://www.webcam2000.info/ but I don't think it will
FTP to a website, actually. Still, I have XP Home SP1, and couldn't get any
webcam software to work with my Logitech USB webcam without crashing
regularly, until I changed my broadband cable modem connection from USB to
ethernet. The crashes disabled the cam until I rebooted which was a complete
pain in the arse, but it's been rock solid ever since.
