Googling for "193: Oxc1 error" brings up one Yahoo groups forum
referencing a Sharepoint server. Are you running a Sharepoint server?

You need to provide more information in order to get focused help. When
does the error occur? What version of XP are you running, SP level,
some hardware specs, etc.? Of course, you should also ask yourself the
First Question Of Troubleshooting: If things worked before, what
changed between the time they worked and the time they didn't?
