Advanced Search options

the search subfolders option is not available for selection.
(through the Advanced search Browse options)

The mailbox is shared by 2 people and only 1 can use "advanced search" or "find all related" with sub folders included in the search.

Anyone got a solution to this problem?
 
Is the shared mailbox being loaded as part of the Outlook profile or from
the File, Open menu? It has to be as part of the profile to be able to
search shared mailbox folders and subfolders.
