Have 3 PC's...all XP pro, same domain. Trying to enable sharing of a
folder, go to the 'sharing' tab, click 'share this folder' and click
permissions. New window pops up, click on the add button, then the
'locations' button. Only the local computer shows up. Is there any way to
make the other two appear?

Is this a domain, or a workgroup? If a workgroup, then no, you can only setup
local authentication, which must match an account / password on the client (the
computer from which you wish to access this computer). If a domain, then you
need to configure this computer, and the domain, properly, so you can access the
domain controller.
