Advanced Display Settings

Whan I go into Display properties, then the settings tab,
then click the advanced button, I get an error message
saying * An exception occured while trying to
run "shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL "C:\WINDOWS\System32
\DESK.cpl",Display" * BTW its XP home.
