ADUnC migration from one w2k domain to another w2k domain

Is there any tool/ known way to take all the contents of a w2k domain and put it to another w2k domain? I tried with ldifde utility, but passwords and whole lot stuff doesn't get to the other domain easily?

Any hepl will be highly appreciated.
 
If the target domain is in native mode, try ADMT. It has a "test" mode which is
helpful in determining how the migration will progress. See the links below for more
