Adult Content Filtering??

I am currently working on a project to block as many improper emails as
possible, inside Outlook 2000, I noticed the last option nder "Rule
Wizard" is to create a rule to move messages that "containing adult
content or from Adult Content Senders" into any folder you want.


I'm just wondering what method does Outlook use to determine whether or
not a message *contains adult content*? If a user never add an address
into "Adult Content Sender" list, how efficient will this rule work
out?
 
I have not tested it yet...May be it will never work with blank condition,
or works at some sensitive works, such as ****
