ADSI editing error

When I use ADSI to modify a user's SID, it returned a error as below,
Not allow to access attributes, because attributes are owned by
Security Account Manager (SAM)
Any idea?

Jackal some attributes are system controlled attributes and can only be
changed by the system or a service.
 
Not sure what you're trying to do but you may want to look into using
the SIDHistory attribute instead... there are some native API's that
can populate this.
