While in safe mode, navigate to these files/folders and delete:
C:\WINNT\System32\SearchBar.htm
Make sure these have been deleted:
C:\documents and settings\administrator\local settings\temp\au.exe
C:\documents and settings\administrator\local settings\temp\k6HR.exe
Go to Add/Remove software and delete MidAddle if you see it.
