My IE always redirects to "www.ads234.com" before
accessing my intended URL. This can take a long time and
is quite annoying.

I have tried the following and nothing has resolved the
problem:

1. Adaware
2. Spybot Search & Destroy
3. McAfee
4. Cwshredder
5. Hijackthis

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Sound to me like it is time to bite the bullet and
back up data and then format / clean install and then
follow basic Security Measures for the best possibility
of trouble free computing / Internet browsing. This is
what I do and none of this kind of ridiculous behavior
ever happens to me.
