I have been receiving emails with PDF attachments on a regular basis with no
problems for over 2 years, but in the last few weeks have had major problems
so I have updated my program to Adobe 7 and now some of the files open
without any problem at all and some wont open at all and I receive different
error messages such... no image parsed or insuficient data etc but when I
return the email with the attachment to the sender they have no problems
opening it at their end? It is vital that I get this problem sorted out as it
is a major function of the business that I work for. I have tried
uninstalling and re-installing the program twice now.

When you receive an email file attachment, save the attachment to
your hard drive, then open it.

You might try "Help/Detect and Repair" which is under "Help" on the Adobe
Reader menu bar.

So save them to the folder "PDFSTUFF" then, at leisure, delete everything in
the folder.
