J John A Jan 10, 2004 #2 Check http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/98fe.htm If you have installed the latest version of Adobe reader suggest you uninstall it (Start Control Panel / Add Remove programs) then reinstall it Otherwise download the latest free adobe reader from www.adobe.com uninstall your current adobe reader then install the downloaded version.
