Adobe PhotoShop Elements 5??/

Help.... cannot get this to work even after doing the patch 5.02 from adobe
site! The program starts loading plugins, just sits there waiting and then
says it is not reponding.
 
Have installed Photoshop Elements here without any problems. Appears to work
just fine.
