If you mean that you want to create a PDF of an email message just select
print and choose the PDF writer printer.

Patrick,
I have a ton of emails that I have to change into PDF. I
have tried the file, print, pdf writer however the
attachements do not get pdf they are just the icon. I am
looking for a simple way to export or convert all these
email. Any ideas?

You will have to save all attachments to a folder. Creating a PDF of the
email msg and the attachments with the email just won't work simultaneously.
Acrobat supports batch processing, so you could save all your email messages
to a single folder and process them with a single command. Likewise you
could do the same for the attachments. Search for Batch processing in the
Acrobat index of the help file for the details.

Cheers,
Patrick
