Adobe Pagemaker issues

I have a user that was recently upgraded from Windows 2000 to Windows XP
Professional. She has been having periodic issues when she tries to create a
PDF from a Pagemaker file. She gets the following error message:
"The instruction at "0x6c371c9d" referenced memory at "0x00000038". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.

She is using Adobe Pagemaker 7.0.1

would be a more likely for help.

Not familiar with your specific problem or PageMaker. However, for Adobe
Acrobat you need to at least version 5.05 for compatibility with Windows XP.
You may want to check if she needs a PageMaker update.
