adobe gamma loader makes win2000 look in black &white

i imported the color profile that i made by adobe gamma in win98 and it
caused the system looks in black & white the same thing happened when i made
a new profile and even when i used another tool called quick gamma any
suggestions?
 
I had the same problem with a WIN 2000 system and I took
the gamma loader file out of the start up folder. That
fixed my problem. Hope this helps.
