Admistrative Password

Hi hope some one can help. I set up my PC with a
Adminstrative Password. And i lost it. I can log on to my
kids name she is only 10 years old and can not install
any new programs or down loads. And i need to install
some things. for her but i cant find my password. is
there somewhere i can find it in EXPLORE?

Next time have your child set up the PC...and don't use any passwords.....
