administrators password

My computer will not allow me to change my user
accounts. I cannot put a password on it. I can not
even change the picture or name of it. There is no
password on it right now either. Can anybody help me
with this.
 
check to see what account u are logging in as u may be loging in as a quest.quest accounts do not have right to chage passords and such things
