I am the administrator on my PC. My husband has a second
account. I downloaded Adware on my account but I can't
get it on his. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Do you mean you can't run it, or you can't find the shortcut? Can you log in
as him, go to the program files directory where adaware is installed to, and
double-click the executable to launch it?

I just followed those instructions on my account which
has Adware running fine and I do not see an exe file?

What do you mean "I can't get it on his"? If you are just talking about
putting an icon for Ad-aware in his Program menu or a shortcut on his
desktop, for the first item:

Right-click on the Start button and choose Explore All Users. Navigate
to your Start menu and copy the shortcut to Ad-aware to your husband's
Start menu. Otherwise, just use Explorer and navigate to the Program
Files>Lavasoft>Ad-aware folder and right-click and drag the executable
to your husband's desktop. When you release the right mouse button,
choose "Create Shortcut". If this isn't what you mean, then please
repost with a better description of the problem and what you are trying
to do.

Open My Computer (or use Explorer) and go to Program
Files>Lavasoft>Ad-aware. Make sure you've *not* hidden known file
extensions (from your Explorer window Tools>Folder Options>View uncheck
"hide extensions for known file types"). You will see an executable. I
don't remember the exact name because I've got the newest Ad-aware
installed on my boxen, but it will be something like "aaware.exe".
Right click and drag to the desktop. Release the right mouse button and
choose "Create Shortcut".

Thanks you so much. I'll try that.
