When attempting to access Internet Explorer-tools-internet options, I get an
error message that states " This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."
Recently had hard drive crash and new drive installed. Computer shows me and
ASP.NET as administrators. If I am an administrator, why can I not make the
changes, and how do I fix the problem?
