I used to be able to access all of my computer but I must have clicked on something because anything I try to change I get the message that only administrators can make changes. How do I change from limited access to administrator access,I've tried to do so on user accounts but I'm not an administrator. Also when I'm on the net and I want to delete cookies or files from tools, internet options the delete page does not appear is the caused by the same problem

David,
Do you log on as "Administrator" (the XP Administrator
account.) If you have xp home, you must log in as
administrator in safe mode. If you have xp pro, hit ctrl-
alt-delete twice to populate the administrator login. jd.

You might want to try "accepting ownership" of the
files/folders in question...this could work too..
