Start up in safe mode i.e. reboot and start tapping the F8 key as soon as
the machine POSTs, login as Administrator and hir Enter (the there should be
no password set).

An administrator account, or the built in Administrator account? If the
former just login to any account that has admin privileges. If the latter,
start in safe mode.

Right click,runas
or start > runas /user:machine_name\username program-to-run
