Administrator rights and network pasword in w95

Simple but haven´t done it since 199x;
1) how do you logon as Administrator in w95?
2) where do you set/change password for MS Network

No such thing - Win9x has no security to speak of. You can even bypass the
login prompt and just go to the desktop.

Control panel, passwords.
