Am trying to install some software but during the installation process there
is an error saying the reg editor has been disabled by the administrator. I
am the administrator and am logged on as the administrator. How do I change
these settings?

I can't even access the task manager due to the same reasons.

Please help!

This has been caused by malware. Since you've lost the control of your
system, reinstall Windows from scratch. In the future, use an account
with administrator privileges only when necessary and do not click all
you can get.
