Administrator problems

K, it seems that in the windows start up screen i can
only see 2 limited accounts. Basically, the administrator
accounts arent showing up and i need to gain acces to it
or make a new one. any suuggestions?

With no switched out logins, at the Welcome screen
you can use alt-cntrl-del-del to get the older login
dialog where you can enter the other account username
and password.
You can manage what accounts display on the Welcome
screen with the TweakUI Powertoy
