Is there a way to grant other users permission to run specific programs without granting them administrator privilidges? Seem control panel only allows administrator or limited. If the progrm does not run with limited have to grant them administrator.

Hi

One way is to use Sysinternals RegMon/FileMon utilities to find what registry
keys/file system folders the application need write access to and set rights
accordingly for the locked down user account (http://www.sysinternals.com)
