Administrator Password

Dear all,

Please guide me how to reset the administrator password if I had forgotten
the administrator password for MS Windows XP Professional. Please feedback.

go to the control panel, user accounts, go to
administrator, create password, also use the wizard to
Prevent loss of passowrd, you'll need a blank CD tostore
the password. It creates an executable that will open if
you lose the password or have forgotten it

That does not work in this case since the OP does not have access.
This need to be done beforehand.

If by administrator password you mean the one for your day to day
account with admin status, then this is where the hidden account called
'Administrator' comes in. Boot, hit CTL-ALT-DEL twice to get a logon
dialog, enter the explicit name
Administrator
and assume that password is null, so Enter immediately. From that,
Start - Run and run
control userpasswords2
and you can select any user account and Reset Password
