Administrator name and unattended install

I am trying to write a batch file to run after my
unattended install is finished. I want it to change my
adminstrator account name. I have the password being set
during the unattended installation but I want the
Administrator name changed. I have tried to work with the
net command to accomplish this and I am at a dead end. Any
help would be appreciated.

In your commandlines.txt cause a secedit command to
execute that will apply a seceditor template to the local
policy of the machine, and in the template make the
settings you need locally enforced, including renaming
the built-in Administrator account.
