Administrator locked out because of computer freeze

Is there any way to get into my computer if my entrance is
the only administator in windows and when I try to get in
it freezes. I can get in through the other names but
they're limited........Rich
 
Boot into Safe Mode (press F8 for boot menu right when the machine starts
booting up).

Try a "safe mode" reboot and give admin permission to a
second user if it lets you in. Might have a device
problem pertaining to the Admin profile.
