After installing critical Window Update and then restarting (if required) do
I need to log in with the administrator account that installed the update
again or can just log in to limited account after restart.

I usually install the update and restart if required then log on to the same
administrator account again, but i was wondering if i restart it already it's
already installed so i don't need to log in back to the administrator account
again. anyone have any idea?

No matter if you log into the limited one.

The admin installs updates and any other software for every user on the
computer.

Tip !!! Always restart even though it might not be said.

No you do not need to logon as administrator. Many files that are in use by
the operating system can not be updated without a reboot and that will be
done before a user needs to logon. --- Steve
