administrator account locked out

I have no idea what the password is for the log on screen and I am the only registered used for the computer. How do I get around this? I can't use my computer in the mean time.

Use tip 1984 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com to reset the
Administrator password.
