administrator account disabled

I tried to uninstall Norton Anivirus, and after the system
rebooted, I have all accounts including Administrator
disabled exept my own account which is in the local
Administrators group, I also lost my profile, and access
to it denied. When I try to enable Administrator account
or similar tasks I have an access denied message.
Help is highly appreciated.
