administrator access

On outlook 2003 I am trying to view users in-box when
signed in as an administrator, yet I can't do that. Under
active users I have added permissions for an administrator
to have full control, yet when login as an administrator
it says that it can't find user's inbox folder........any
idea? thanks
 
What permissions are set on the user's mailbox?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, allen asked:
