Administrative Tools - Services Settings?

At one point, I remember reading a list of settings for the Administrative
Tools/Services settings that would speed up XP (single user).

Does anyone know where that list can be found?

Be very careful tinkering with services. In most cases, leaving things
at the default is the best practice. Here is a link about the services:
