Hi Jeff,
Your 3rd party software is probably wanting you to be logged in as an
Administrator. Log off and then log back in at the Welcome or logon screen
as the user 'Administrator'. If you do not see this user choice, hit
Ctrl-Alt-Del twice and enter the user name Administrator. If you do not
recall the password, perhaps it was not set. Leave it blank in that case.
If none of this works, try booting in safe mode to perform the uninstall.
