Highly frustrated with fixing continuous issues with Vista!!! Having email
issues where I can't send emails and I cannot locate my application folder to
try and correct the problem? How can I see all of the folders to see email
files, etc? Also, is there a way to down grade to windows xp?

For issues with Vista mail I suggest you look through the posts in and if
needed post to the microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail newsgroup.

TO OP:
it is of course a very simple answer and does not necessarily require to be posted in the Windows Mail news group.
Open Windows Mail.
Select Tools tab at top, Select Options and then Advanced, Maintenance then click on Store Folder button to get a window with the address of the mail storage location.

you may have to use Explorer Folder Options to enable the viewing of all the files and folders. like 3 options there.

sending email is frequently associated with virus program, norton and mcafee are knows to cause problems.
if you use one of them, download its uninstaller from the web site, download either avg or avast.
uninstalled your virus program and install either avg or avast.

by the way there are separate news groups according to subject, like Windows Mail for instance.

sorry our net nanny chooses to be so rude and refuse to provide help.
