I didnt install an admin password when I setup win200pro.
Will this make a security hole? How do I add one after
install? Thanks

Security hole indeed! That's an understatement, anyone can logon to
your pc or take control of it remotely and completely screw it up free
of charge.

See here for a bit of information:

Now after that rant I must confess that I don't have one setup on my
home machine... I find it a pain in the wazoo to have to type it in...
even though my machine is always on and I can't remember when I last
rebooted, about a month ago or so. I do have a firewall and I only have
a dial up connection. I'm not overly concerned and if anything goes
wrong I'll only have myself to blame. I would never do that on my
business machines!

Greetings --

Yes, it's a huge, enormous, wide-open-barn-door,
deep-as-the-wide-blue-sea, gaping security hole. Fortunately, you
posted this advertisement for a hacker's wet-dream via the web-based
CDO, so your IP address cannot be easily determined.

Right-click My Computer > Manage > Users and Groups > Users,
right-click Administrator and select Set Password. Another standard,
basic security precaution is to rename the built-in Administrator
account.
