How can admin accouts be audited in Active Directory? My aim to record
changes made in the enviroment which is WIN2k by administrators with time
stamp and details of the changes...ANy third part tool suggestion...

It depends on what changes you need to audit within the environment.
Windows already provides the ability to audit using the audit settings
in the security section of group policy. File system level changes can
be audited through setting audit policies on the file system by viewing
the Security tab on a folder and turning auditing on.
