Hi. I have an administrator account and 2 user accounts set-up on a PC
running WinXP on a general use PC at work. Not sure what the lockout
settings are, but the PC is currently locked out of all but one of the user
accounts (lack of 'caps' on passwords multiple tries by a user.) I do not
know the password for the default Admin account (controlled by IT people),
but I do know the logins and passwords for all of the others. Is there any
way that I can get XP to give me one more try? I assume that I will not be
able to unlock my admin account through the local users&groups section of
computer management from a user account? Help! Thank you!!

Nope, you'll need an administrator to do it.
