adjusting text size on internet

able to adjust size of text on regular such as font size and small to
largest.but when on the internet cannot adjust the text size always the
smallest.never had a problem with 98 or me.

Hi,

This not a fix but a workaround. Go to Kelly's site and use the
Smaller or Larger registry edits to change the text size.
