Is it possible witht he Internet version enabled to have
the addressing be auto-sensing? Basically, can you type
in the 1st couple of letters and have Outlook fill in the
rest like it does when running the corporate version???

Let me know.

Thanks you.

Rebecca

Neither IMO nor Corp/Workgroup have an autocompletion feature.
Instead, both have a feature called auto-resolution. If you enter part of a
name or a nickname then tab out of the field (or hit Alt-K [Check Names]),
Outlook will attempt to resolve the name against your address book. If it
can't it'll red underline it and you can right click on the name to manually
resolve it. Outlook will save the resolution for future use.

I have a client who is using MS-Office 2000 and her copy of Outlook does
not auto-resolution any of the names listed in her Contacts. I've run
Detect & Repair and made certain her MS-Office 2000 is current with
updates, but it still doesn't work.

Any ideas I can try to get this feature enabled for her?

Thanks,
Jeff

You'll need to tell us whether you're using IMO or CW mode -- check Help |
