Addresses added automatically

How do I stop having addresses automatically added to my address book when
emails arrive? thanks in advance..

Click on Tools, then Options, then Receipts. If there is a blue dot in the
circle
before Always send a read receipt, click on one of the other options in this
section, then Apply. Click on OK.

People you reply to will be added, though. If you do a Reply to All, all
the
addresses on the mail you reply to will be added.
 
By default, only addresses you reply to are added to the contacts list.
Go to Tools, Options, Send, uncheck the option "Automatically..."
