hallo,
mein laptop hat sich verabschiedet. die festplatte konnte ich retten.
ich würde gerne wissen, wie ich die alte outlook address-liste von mir
von der alten festplatte ins outlook auf meinem neuen rechner bekomme.
beide male war die outlook version 2003.

Hi Marc,

You have 2 options:
Assuming you have Windows XP:

(1) Just copy the Outlook 2003 files from your user account to the new
harddisk:
C:\Documents and Settings\<YOUR USERNAME HERE>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Copy the files to the new harddisk on the same location and start Outlook

Be aware of the fact that any new received email on the new computer will
be gone then.


(2) Copy the Outlook 2003 files from your old user account (C:\Documents
and Settings\<YOUR USERNAME HERE>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft
\Outlook) to a temporary folder on the new harddisk. Start Outlook 2003 on
the new harddisk and choose File | Import and export. Select the option
where you can import from another program (PST) and select the PST files
you copied.
