addressbook in outlook express6.0

It seems that after receiving emails my addressbook auto/loads anyone 's
address who was included in the email. Is there anyway I can stop this from
happening for I don't want their address added? Thankyou John V

Uncheck: Automatically put people I reply to in my Address Book
