Address Tool History...desperate here.....

Hi! I have been trying all day to delete the url's in my
address tool bar. I tried..deleting cookies, temporary
files, history, cleaned my computer up, running spy-bot.
I tried downloading the DelTyped URL thingy but I cant
seem to get how to install it. All I get is the
instructions and have no clue where to get the actual
program! I tried right clicking on that file and chose
install but I see no difference...Anyone please HELP
ME!!! Thanks soo much in advance!!!
