Dean.

I just recently started having problems with certain addresses. When I click
the to box to pull up the address book I have a particular address that I
can't send to, the person I am trying to send to has an address with a hard
space between the first initial and last name (ex. (e-mail address removed), the
dash between j and s). When I click on the name ans click send I get an email
back saying undeliverable and the address is missing the dashbetween the
letters. How do I fix this? Also, after I click the name why does it also put
the persons email addres behind the name, I think htis might be part of the
problem because the name and address are underlined and I cannot see the dash
that seperates the two letters. Any help would be appreciated. If there is no
help I will go back to Outlook Express.

Thanks.

Note that Outlook Express will not run under Vista, so are you also going
back to XP?

In your example, don't see either a "hard space" or a dash, I see the
underscore character. In order for us to troubleshoot the problem,
we would need to see the exact error message. Right-click on it,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.

This Vista program just gets better!!! What the hell kind of crap did
microsoft come out with that nothing is compatible with it. Does someone have
a fix for this address problem or am I limited to who I can send email
to????????

The error message appears to be correct. Charter is responding that
they don't have a user with that email address.
