Address Cards

I wrote this message yesterday but haven't seen a response yet. I'm dieing
to know so I'm throwing it out there again:

When I choose Address Card view or Detailed Address Card view, all my
contacts from S through the end of the alphabet are missing. They show up,
however, in a phone list view so I know they still reside on my computer. I
must have accidentally set something for this to happen. Anybody have any
ideas on how to make them show up again? Thanks a million, Jeannine

I suspect you simply aren't seeing all entries on screen.
Do you see a vertical alphabetic list on the right side of
the screen? Try clicking one of the letters beyond "S".
Or simply move the screen right, using the bar at the
bottom?

The vertical alpha list is there but there are no entries beyond S. I have
moved the H scroll bar all the way to the right. Same thing. There are no
entries beyond S in the Address Card view. Thanks for your idea.

Sounds to me like you might have a corrupt view. Try starting Outlook once
with the /cleanviews command line switch. This switch (and a few other
really helpful ones) are discussed here:
