Address book

At present I'm using Outlook for e-mail & so have a contacts.pst file.
My new pc will use Outlook Express; can I import the addresses from
Outlook? The Import facility on OE only seems to be able to inport a
*.wab file.

I do hope that I don't have to set up each address sewparately.
