Address Book

I have lost my address book two times. Does anyone know what causes this and
how do I get it back. Also my keyboard keeps going out on me, it starts to
get slow then just stops. I hate to tell you this is a new computer. Just
bought it in Oct. 2005. Thank you for any info. you may have. and I know
already, take it back.

Don't take it back without trouble shooting first. You may have downloaded
some crazy badly written program, have spware, or any number of things. Do
you run utilities regularly? You have an anti-virus app?

What type of computer is it? Brand name or bought at a local shop? Are you
running Windows XP? What do you do just before your address book gets lost.
The same for when your keyboard starts slowing down?

We'll likely be able to help you if you give us a lot of details. Too much
is better than not enough.

Do a search and find, download and run: AdAware and Spybot Search &
Destroy. They're both free. Let us know if they find anything.
