address book (to add automatically)

I am using outlook xp, is there a way when u read an email to automatically
add the email address to my address book (or if a pop up can ask if i want to
add to my address book). For some reason, i don't know if it is the version
but it use to automatically add on another computer at my old job.

You can always right-click on the sender's address and choose "Add to
Contacts". You can also see http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.htm
